Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Digital Media LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products, courses, strategy sessions, and consulting services. Because of the nature of our offerings, all purchases are final.

 

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, trainings, templates, PDFs, strategy materials, and intellectual property, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

This applies to:

  • Digital courses

  • AEO/SEO trainings

  • Strategy sessions or consultations

  • Downloadable templates or PDFs

  • Workshops (live or virtual)

  • Marketing products

  • Private or group consulting

  • Any offers delivered electronically or through online portals

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed.

 

2. No Cancellations for Digital Products or Delivered Services

Because digital content is accessible instantly and cannot be “returned,” cancellations are not accepted once payment is submitted.

This includes:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Not using or accessing the material

  • Expectation differences

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

 

3. Live Sessions, Calls, or Appointments

All strategy calls and consultations are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

 

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Payment plans may not be canceled, and failure to complete them may result in suspension of access.

Chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate purchases may result in:

  • Immediate removal from all Products and portals

  • Revocation of access to future purchases

  • Collection efforts

 

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same Product more than once, contact us within 48 hours with proof of duplicate charges.
We will review and may issue a correction at our discretion.

 

6. Legal Exceptions

If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires certain refund rights (such as EU consumer cooling-off periods), we will comply with those requirements.
These exceptions apply only where legally mandated.
